I’m a hands on, data and insight driven product design director (and photographer) experienced leading and directing design for hardware, software and AI interactions across multiple end points and hardware devices.

Design & strategy

Designed and built a cross platform compatible next generation AI adaptive learning platform to improve usability, accessibility, scaleability and facilitate future feature and functionality development.

I led user experience as Head of User Experience at Obrizum, an AI Adaptive Learning startup based in Cambridge. The team was amazing to work with and fully embraced the user experience process.

Hands on & dirty

Facilitated the visual and interactive alignment of the Skype user interface to create a cohesive and consistent user experience across multiple endpoints (desktop, web, mobile, tablet & large screen experiences such as TV and Surface Hub).

I led the design of core experiences across Skype. Planning a number of workshops with the design and program management teams to help us understand the scale of the work and where there was room for improvement in our applications.
